Leider wurde bei ihm Akute Myeloische Leukämie (AML) diagnostiziert, was eine Art von Blutkrebs ist. Mahamudul hat von Oktober 2021 bis März 2022 in Dhaka, Bangladesch, bereits vier chemotherapeutische Behandlungen erhalten. Seine Krankheit trat nach einem Jahr der anfänglichen Chemotherapie im März 2023 wieder auf. Jetzt wird ihm geraten, die Chemotherapie zu wiederholen, gefolgt von einer allogenen Stammzelltransplantation. Die geschätzten Kosten einer intensiven Chemotherapie und einer allogenen Transplantation wurden auf etwa 40.000 € (Vierzigtausend Euro) geschätzt. In Bangladesch muss man für medizinische Behandlungen selbst aufkommen. Seine Familie versucht ihr Bestes, um mit der Situation fertig zu werden, und sie sind nicht in der Lage, die gesamte Behandlung selbst zu finanzieren. Mahamudul is 29 years old and Electrical Engineering graduate. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). This is a type of Blood Cancer. He already administered four episodes of Chemotherapy from October 2021 to March 2022
in Dhaka, Bangladesh. His disease relapsed after one year of initial Chemo in March 2023. Now he is advised to salvage Chemotherapy followed by an allogeneic stem cell transplant. The estimated cost of intensive Chemotherapy and Allogeneic Transplant has been estimated approximately 40,000€ (Forty-thousands Euro). In Bangladesh, people have to pay for medical treatments themselves. They are trying their best but it’s a difficult situation and they need support reaching their goal. His family is trying their best to cope up with the situation, and they’re not able to fund the entire treatment by theirselves.
